FAQ

How to download the mobile app?

Scan the QR code in the user manual with your phone, or search the app store for “ Viidure ” on Google Play or APP Store.

I can't connect to WiFi or the connection failed?

Don't forget to allow the app to access your images/videos, location, WLAN and cellular data. If it still doesn't work, please stop your VPNs, and anti-viruses.

Why doesn't WiFi connect automatically?

We have made the decision to configure the wifi to connect manually instead of automatically to limit connection issues. Indeed, we notice that the automatic opening and connection of the WiFi prevents some mobile phones from using 4/5G and this can result in a significant lack of data.

Is it possible to watch live video when the app is not connected to wifi?

When the app is not connected to the wifi recorder, it is not possible to watch live videos, you can only view the downloaded and recorded video files in the app.

I can't save, why?

Please use a high speed card of class 10 or above. We suggest using a 16GB-128GB SD card. The SD card may need to be formatted.

Note: When the memory card is inserted into the device for the first time, it needs to be formatted on the APP.

How to activate the 24H parking monitoring function?

The 2K Dashcam supports 24 hours recording only when connected to its mini USB hardwire kit (included in the package). Please connect the hardwire kit to your fuse box. (If you don't know how to install the hardwire kit, please ask a professional for help)
