1. What type of guarantee is this?
This guarantee is an optional accessory service to your order presented on the aurobee.com website. Its purpose is to guarantee the breakdown, breakage or theft suffered by the device purchased new on the Aurobee site.
2. What is covered by this guarantee?
• Any Device purchased new on the aurobee.com website for which the order is subject to a breakage guarantee (which is chosen as an option during payment).
• Material damage : any unintentional deterioration or destruction externally visible and detrimental to the proper functioning of the Insured Device;
• Theft : fraudulent dispossession by a Third Party of the Insured Device by means of physical violence, threats or other means of persuasion or snatching of the Insured Device worn or held by the Insured.
• Breakdown , i.e. any sudden event internal to the insured device preventing its operation and thus rendering it unfit for use, occurring at the end of the legal guarantee of conformity and/or any commercial guarantee .
3. What is not insured?
• Oxidation of the insured device;
• Loss of the insured device
• The intentional act of deterioration of the client or one of his relatives;
• Aesthetic damage without impact on the proper functioning of the device;
• The breakdown of the device linked to poor maintenance, handling and wear;
4. What to do in the event of a disaster?
• Report the claim to us as soon as possible on the contact page

or by email: contact@aurobee.com, preferably with the subject [BREAKAGE GUARANTEE Claim declaration], attaching your name, email, order number , as well as photos or description of the claim so that we can evaluate it.
• Do not carry out any repairs yourself and refrain from appointing a repairer of your choice without the prior agreement of Aurobee.
5. When does coverage start and when does it end?
The contract guarantees take effect: on the date of purchase and for a non-renewable period of up to 24 months.
Compensation for a guaranteed loss terminates the contract.
